2 tails (1 kg) catfish, cut 3
200 g red peppers, sliced oblique
8 pieces starfruit, splits
Banana leaf, for wrap
Stick, for sewed
15 red onions
10 cloves of garlic
8 cm galangal
6 grains hazelnut
4 cm turmeric
4 stalks lemongrass, white part
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
How To Make:
Mix catfish with herbs. Keep in the refrigerator until absorbed ( 30 minutes). Remove.
Place the fish on top of the two pieces of banana leaves. Add pieces of chili and starfruit. Wrap the form tum. Embed stick to the meeting.
Steamed in a steamer in the heat until fish is cooked ( 20 minutes). Lift. Serve warm.
